I am knee deep in planning winter maternity shoots, and it has me ALL SORTS OF EXCITED, so I wanted to share a few favorites from last year that I never had time to share. Connecticut is full of parks that offer a beautiful backdrop, even once the trees are bare, and this is one of them!

This is one of my favorite locations for a winter maternity shoot. The wooded trail is bare and so beautiful, the waterfall is STUNNING, and we can end the day on the mountaintop for sunset. I’d say this place has it all!

This mama SLAYED her maternity session and we had the best time exploring this beautiful park and getting to know each other. Each dress and each backdrop was better than the last, and it certainly is hard to pick a favorite!
