An In-Home Newborn Session - CT Lifestyle Photographer

From the very beginning of starting newborn photography, I’ve been a photographer who travels to my clients homes for sessions. It started out of necessity, but I quickly saw how much easier it made life for my clients and leaned into it, developing a system that could create studio-quality work without clients having to actually go to a studio.

Faux-wood backdrops, studio lighting, all of the wraps and props - they all come with me to your home, and we are able to create all of those perfect little newborn poses right in a small space within your home. Magic!

Since I’m in your home anyway, I love to also use that space as the backdrop for your family photos. Whether it be your nursery, your living room, your master bedroom, or even just a beautiful window…what better space to capture your earliest moments as a family than IN your home? This family chose to take their photos in their daughter’s beautifully designed nursery, and I just couldn’t love it more. Capturing a few lifestyle newborn images of your baby alone as well as your family together is a perfect complement to the studio-style images we are able to capture as well.
